Consumers and users are hereby informed that:

This establishment is not affiliated with any alternative consumer dispute resolution entity accredited in Spain or any EU member state, and is not required by any regulation or code to participate in proceedings before such entities.

In compliance with consumer regulations, this section provides information regarding the competent entity/entities to hear consumer and user complaints, although it is reported that this establishment will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.

You are hereby informed that you may submit your complaint to the Galician Consumer and Competition Institute, directing your complaint to the Provincial Consumer Service of the province where the establishment is located.

You may also submit the complaint to any center or office of the Administration of the Autonomous Administration of the location of the establishment or, in any of the places provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. You may also submit the complaint to the Municipal Consumer Information Offices (OMIC) or to consumer or user associations.
